Booking & Payment Policy

Booking requests are received and managed through Travel Now’s approved communication channels. Booking confirmations are completed and followed up with customers via WhatsApp.

A booking request is not considered confirmed until availability, pricing, and terms have been confirmed with the customer, all booking requirements have been completed, and a booking document has been issued.

Before confirmation, the type of service, its specifications, included services, price, payment method, and cancellation, refund, and modification policies will be clearly explained.

Available Payment Methods:

• Visa, Mastercard, and Mada via Paymob.
• Tamara installment payments, subject to the service’s terms and eligibility requirements.
• Bank transfer.

No amount will be charged or requested beyond the amount agreed upon with the customer, as specified in the booking document.

Once the terms have been agreed upon and the booking is confirmed, the customer will receive a booking document in Arabic or English, according to their preference.
