Cancellation, Amendment & Refund Policy

All services and bookings provided by Travel Now Travel & Tourism Establishment are subject to the terms and conditions of the approved service providers, including hotels, airlines, and other relevant parties.

1. Cancellation, amendment, and refund policies vary depending on the type of service and the booking conditions established by the respective service provider.
2. Some bookings may be eligible for cancellation, amendment, or refund, while others may be non-cancellable, non-amendable, or non-refundable in accordance with the service provider’s terms and conditions.
3. Requests for cancellation, amendment, or refund will be reviewed and processed in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to the specific booking.
4. If a refund is approved, the refundable amount will be returned through the appropriate payment method after authorization by the relevant service provider.
5. Refund processing may take approximately 14 to 21 business days and may vary depending on the procedures of the bank, payment service provider, or service provider involved.
6. In the event that a service cannot be provided or a booking is canceled by the service provider, Travel Now Travel & Tourism Establishment will endeavor to provide a suitable alternative whenever possible, or refund the eligible amount in accordance with applicable regulations and the service provider’s policies.
7. Travel Now Travel & Tourism Establishment shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or amendments resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including weather conditions, government decisions, technical failures, emergencies, or force majeure events.
8. The liability of Travel Now Travel & Tourism Establishment shall be limited to the value of the booked service, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
9. Additional documents or information may be requested when necessary to process cancellation, amendment, or refund requests.
10. By requesting a service, making a booking, using any of the establishment’s services, or communicating through any approved communication channels, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
